DCC Certification

On February 20th and 21st, DCC delivered it’s second level I certification to a packed house.

The weekend kicked off on Sat introducing participants to a workout – a la DCC, to get them used to the dynamic style of training.

As the weekend progressed, insight was given into proper program design for clients beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast up to elite athlete.

Attendees were then tested on their knowledge of fundamental lifting movement, technique and instruction as well as their grasp of designing and implementing an “out of your box” or creative complex style of training program to other participants.

Once level I has been completed on several occasions, a level II will be launched on the way to the DCC Affiliation program.

The level I includes the IMPROVE program and a detailed training progression template.
Once a number of practitioners have become level I Certified, we will hold our level II certification.

What clients are saying about this certification program

Loved the DCC certification. It was well put together, interesting, informative and fun. I look forward to DCC Level 2Lyzabeth Lopez
As a Personal Trainer and Business Consultant to the health and fitness industry, the options and choices available to me for ongoing education and certification are many. However, I have been a client and fan of the DCC approach for several years, so when they announced their Level 1 Certification Course, I was immediately interested.
The multi-disciplinary approach to training and lifestyle is tremendously unique in my experience, and I would highly recommend this certification course to any fitness professional who values a unique balance of science and fun when working with their clients

The DCC Level I Certification was a comprehensive introduction to the DCC approach to integrated functional and athletic movement training — training that brings results to clients and that has made DCC a leader in the field. In this fun and engaging 2-day workshop, I learned more of value to me as both a trainer and a client than I have from spending a lot more time and money at other workshops and seminars.
