Education Centre

Dynamic Conditioning Centres are committed to arming all individuals with the essentials of human performance training. Notice that the word athlete was not used in the last sentence. Even though Dynamic Conditioning Centres is heavily involved in consulting, training and coaching elite athletes and teams it is our philosophy that athletic training or “functional training”, as it is referred to most often, is the right type of training for everyone. Variations will inevitably be required to accommodate individual needs and specific real world applications, but the basics of strength and conditioning are rooted in functional/athletic training and in basic primal movement patterns – the fundamentals are what we all need to know. By learning, practicing and mastering the basics, you establish a solid foundation upon which more complex conditioning can be built, should you decide to do so.

Our Education Department currently provides educational information, instruction, demonstration and real world application in a curriculum based format so that anyone from novice to elite can master the essentials of strength and conditioning.

Our current educational services include:

  • Educational Department: Human Performance Training – Level 1The fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning
  • Dynamic Conditioning Fundamentals for physical educators and coachesInstructional program designed for PE and primary school teachers and/or coaches who are looking to incorporate sound movement and training principles into their respective programs.
  • Dynamic Conditioning for youth sportPresentation of age-appropriate science-based youth training principles focusing on key areas of movement coordination and injury prevention. Program integrates basic fundamental skills with dynamic sport-specific strength and movement patterns. Ideal for those working with youth of all ages and levels in any practical sport context.

Celebrity Trainer – Gym Spotlight

Before working with Jared at his unique high performance facility, the Dynamic Conditioning Centre, I had only performed workouts that I read about in magazines. These workouts were not meant to help improve me as a professional athlete. Jared has developed a program that has not only rapidly increased my max Bench and Squat results, but has improved my overall foot speed, agility, power, and flexibility. Jared has taught me many things that have already improved my game and will decrease my chance of injury. These two components are key in ensuring that I have a long and enjoyable career as a professional Lacrosse player. The workouts are tough but always enjoyable. I would recommend Jared and the Dynamic Conditioning Centre to any athlete, at any level, and especially Lacrosse players.
