Recess™

Recess™ is the first board game designed to teach kids the importance of fitness and nutrtion.  The players will experience practical application of various exercise forms, answer true/false and multiple choice questions about fitness and nutrition and learn through practice of proper and improper choices with regard to healthy eating.

The game is designed around the new public school curriculum, from the health Canada website and through my years of fitness and nutrition experience.
