Simply Call the centre at 416-929-7812 or come in at 619 Yonge street to book your appointment for an introductory needs analysis with our Program Director. During this session, we will help you figure out the best program to suit your needs and busy schedule with the right combination of our five service options:

  • Fitness Memberships – Choose from our 360 Platinum Service Package or our Regular Membership
  • Specialized or Regular Group Classes
  • One-on-One Training or Program Design
  • Therapeutic Services, including massage, osteopathy and athletic therapy
  • Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselling
  • Biosignature – Hormonal Profiling
