Jared Postance DOMPT, DO MRO, CAT(c)
Classical Osteopath
Jared has worked with all levels of sport including numerous athletes from the NHL, AFL, NLL, CFL, OVFL, CSA and many Canadian University programs. As a competitive athlete, Jared is a member of the Canada's National Aussie Rules Football Program that spent the summer of 2008 in Australia competing for Canada at the International Cup.

Lee attended the Fitness and Nutrition program at Humber College. His thirst for knowledge continued with the study of Chek (Scientific Back/Core) and Charles Poliquin (PICP/Biosignature). He has been certified with the NSCA (Trainer) and NCCP (Olympic lifting Coach). He is a Poliquin Biosignature Specialist and Level I Certified Coach.
Lee continually pushes his own boundaries and those of his clients looking to surpass previous limits, both those on body and mind. During a 7 year span, Lee competed as a Pro International Fitness Model and Bodybuilder compiling numerous top ten finishes. He is an avid Martial artist (Kung Fu, Ju Jitsu), has had roles in a multitude of television commercials and been featured in many magazines, both for his physique and writing knowledge. These include Maximum Fitness, American Health and Fitness, FAME Magazine & Swimsuit Magazine and Urban Fitness.
Lee practices the same training and diet principles he applies with his clients while guiding them to evolutionary results. Lee has had the privilege of developing programs for many elite athletes and teams in the CFL, MNBA, JR. ‘A’, OHF, OHL and European Hockey leagues and was a coach at the Nike/Bauer Hockey Camp in 04’. He has helped numerous stage competitors attain ‘picture perfect’ physiques, including Paula Ryff (former world figure champion). His resume of clients include Rex Harrington (National Ballet), Jon Lavine (Philosopher Kings), Kreesha Turner (R&B Artist), Brian Ihnacak (semi-pro hockey), Nationally ranked boxers, MMA fighters, EMS and Military trainees, corporate execs/young business professionals and those simply wishing to lead and maintain a healthy active quality of life.

Matt has been actively working as a Physical Conditioning Consultant in the Peterborough, Toronto and Victoria areas since 1995. During this time he has worked with numerous athletes and teams varying in training status from novice/beginner to professional and national level athletes. Matt’s areas of specialization include; functional strength and power development, and sports-specific speed, agility and quickness training. His recent motivation involves establishing and promoting youth fitness initiatives. He has lectured and published articles in peer-reviewed scientific and popular sport conditioning journals, focusing on the underlying physiology of power development and the implications for motor performance.
Matt’s athletic background includes elite club and varsity level rugby in BC and Ontario. He has also competed at the representative level in track, football and soccer in his youth. Matt is currently pursuing his pre-service firefighter diploma from Seneca College, aspiring to become a Firefighter in the GTA.
Tyler Lees-Schmut FLMP,CSEP-CFC,CPT
Strength and Conditioning Specialist
While at George Brown...and is nearly finished his field placement here at the Dynamic Conditioning Centre. He hopes to join the team at the centre upon completion of the placement. Tyler has previously been involved playing ball hockey for the Toronto Hawks, playing rugby for his high school team, and playing tennis under the OTA where he was ranked 458th in Ontario. Tyler recently acquired his CSEP - CPT certification through the college and is eager to put it to use. His previous experience with fitness assessment, training and program design was in the program at George Brown where he had four clients in the fourth and fifth semesters. Tyler has had experience with assessing the Mimico Mountaineers Lacrosse team and the De Lasalle High School basketball team. He plans to further his education by dabbling in the world of kinesiology at York University come fall 2007.

Specializing in deep tissue and shiatsu therapy he works with the clients natural body functions to aid in the recovery and stimulating the nervous system to promote the natural healing processes. Combining eastern knowledge with western technology Don’s ability to asses clients situations only enhances the results of the treatment and creates a relaxing environment.
Having been associated with the Toronto rugby union for more then 14 years, Don has seen his fair share of bumps, bruises and breaks, with this understanding and first hand knowledge Don can easily comprehend a clients situation and establish a treatment plan that can speed up the recovery of everyday stress to chronic injuries.
