Conditioning Assessment

DCC’s complete fitness assessment is quite thorough and is set up to accomodate you the client.  Depending upon the program you select, you could see one of our Strength Coaches, Therapists or Nutrition Specialists, or you could see all of the above for a fully comprehensive assessment.  What we like to call our 360 program

You’ll get a full mechanical and functional assessment from one of our experienced therapists, be it Massage Therapy, Athletic Therapy or Osteopathy.  They will look for and address issues such as pelvic, spinal and postural realignment, as well as any underlying or past injuries or imbalances that the body may be dealing with or may have compensated for in the past. 

Next you will move onto one of our highly skilled Nutritionist/Biosignature practitioners.  Here you will address dietary issues, body composition and underlying hormonal imbalances.  Through this very exciting program, we are able to notice and deal with diet and hormonal issues such as sleep, mood,  stress, energy and more.  Ultimately remedies lead to improvement in these areas as well as balance, clarity and in fact bodyfat reduction in the particular region of the body that specifically relate to the hormones in question.   

Finally, when you meet one of our Coaches, you will find out your overall fitness level.  Things such as range of motion, dynamic flexibility, strength endurance, strength, structural balance, posture, agility, speed and more will be tested. 

Our assessment was designed to test athletic abilities and understand orthopedic concerns.  The multitude of questions are designed to find out about your past and current health issues, lifestyle habits and related or underlyin injuries.  Through these methods, we are able to provide you with the most detailed program enabling you every opportunity to succeed on your path to THE FITTEST YOU EVER!

Working out at the Dynamic Conditioning Centre had a huge impact on the overall tightness of the team. We were better able to bond and grow together while training at the DCC. We noticed a large benefit in the late stages of games - kids were still skating hard, while the other team was getting tired. Our team went from 10th place to 7th with a 17 point improvement from the previous year. The team really enjoyed it and many of them were asking if they could continue in the off-season and come back next year.
