The Corporate Health and Wellness initiative reflects Dynamic Conditioning Centres’ commitment to collaborative preventative care and conditioning. Programs are designed to improve employee well being and productivity and reduce health care costs in the workplace environment. DCC envisions our corporate clients as active participants in the creation of program structure and content. The multidisciplinary nature of service provisions (detailed below) and specific needs of the client are combined to create a fun, educational and empowering environment. This process results in a more informed, fitter and cohesive workplace where stress and conflict are re-evaluated as potential avenues for opportunity and innovation.

Possible service offerings include:
  • Interactive Educational Seminars and Workshops – knowledge of major health issues and fitness conditioning including effective exercise based non-pharmaceutical treatment. E.g. Stress management and identification, Diabetes prevention, Weight loss/management, Back health and posture, Reaching your health potential etc.
  • Fitness Programming & Classes – strength and conditioning, yoga, pilates, stability ball, dynamic stretch breaks, obstacle course, boot camp, Muay thai. **these programs offered at DCC or on-site
  • Lunch and Learn Seminars
  • Nutritional and Lifestyle Counseling
  • On-site therapeutic services – massage, osteopathy, athletic therapy, ART, acupuncture
  • Health Assessments – Biosignature, fitness & wellness assessments
  • Ergonomic risk assessments
  • Team Building Fitness Retreats
  • Conflict As Opportunity – understanding and resolving conflict with trained facilitator/mediator
  • Health and Wellness Constitution – interactive collaborative process where DCC facilitates the corporate entity developing and becoming accountable for their own health and wellness objectives

When I was looking for a trainer in Toronto I interviewed several before I found Jared. He had what I thought were the best qualifications and experience to train me for what I was looking for. After having had an extensive background in training and martial arts myself, I found Jared's approach to training precise and methodical in achieving results without causing strain on joints or muscles, which is the common ailment most people suffer from after being trained incorrectly. He is detailed when you work on any exercise and knowledgeable to avoid irritating any old injuries that you may have. This said, I would recommend him very highly to anyone wanting to find an excellent trainer.
