What is a kettlebell?
A kettlebell is a traditional Russian weight used for a wide array of purposes ranging from strength training, sports conditioning, and core training to fat loss. The effectiveness of kettlebells can be attributed to their ability to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, helping develop strength and muscular endurance throughout the entire body.Who will benefit from kettlebells?

Things to look forward to from this class are many, all depending on what goals you wish to achieve. But a few things to look forward to are as follows:- Develop stamina (cardio) and strength endurance
- Build functional strength
- Build lean muscle and burn off body fat
- Improve body awareness and hand and eye co-ordination
