Test yourself through a fun and challenging full body high intensity conditioning class that includes circuit, speed and strength work. Some elements of the class are done individually and others are with partners or a team. This class develops endurance, stamina, core strength and burns calories. What is a kettlebell?

A kettlebell is a traditional Russian weight used for a wide array of purposes ranging from strength training, sports conditioning, and core training to fat loss. The effectiveness of kettlebells can be attributed to their ability to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, helping develop strength and muscular endurance throughout the entire body.

Who will benefit from kettlebells?

Everyone! From emergency service personnel, athletes to business professions will benefit from the wide array of benefits kettlebell training offers. Both men and women of all ages from the teens to the elderly can learn how to train with kettlebells effectively

What to expect from the class?

Things to look forward to from this class are many, all depending on what goals you wish to achieve. But a few things to look forward to are as follows:

- Develop stamina (cardio) and strength endurance
- Build functional strength
- Build lean muscle and burn off body fat
- Improve body awareness and hand and eye co-ordination

Every Muay Thai class at DCC is open to people of All levels. This means, students from beginner to advanced may participate. Classes are designed for any student who wishes to improve their Muay Thai skills and fitness. Each class will be adjusted according to attendance but focus will be on plyometrics, specific drills and conditioning. No matter what your training level is you will be able to get a good workout and still learn valuable Muay Thai technique.

Learn the basics to each element involved in an obstacle course and then challenge yourself on one of the courses custom designed by the Dynamic Conditioning Centre. This is one of the best ways to challenge balance, coordination, stamina, strength, agility, power and mental strength.

This class is designed to create better body awareness, balance, and coordination in order to increase reaction time and effectiveness. For those who wish to improve their explosiveness, quickness, and acceleration through the use of field turf, cones, hurdles and other training aids this is the class for you
