Programming begins with a mandatory Assessment for all athletes. This program is designed to improve the athletes overall game. You will not only PAS the competition with this program you will improve your power, agility and speed to completely leave them behind
10 or 12 Week – Power, Agility, Speed Program (PAS)™
Includes structured workouts with strength coach and DCC t-shirts.
Programming begins with a mandatory assessment for all athletes. This is the 10 or 12 Week program designed to help the athlete gain more extensive results – the longer and harder you work the more results you’ll see.
